The venue
Electric Mountain is a visitor attraction in Llanberis, a village known as a centre for outdoor activity at the foot of Snowdon. In the 2016 calendar it served as a host for a touring series of markets known as Celtic Fairs.

The archive listed three runs during the summer: one in early June, one in the first week of August and a longer one in mid-August. The listing gave few details beyond the name, so what each fair sold is not recorded here.
Llanberis in context
Llanberis was also the starting point for several events in the same year, including the International Snowdon Race, the Snowdon Mountain Challenge, the Big Brutal Swim in Llyn Padarn and a trail marathon. A fair makes a quieter alternative on days when the hills are cloudy.
