As a keen composer, photographer and walker, I decided a photographic ‘slideshow’ DVD using the scenery of Southern Snowdonia would be a great way of combining my three areas of interest.
I have lived in Dolgellau since 1988, so know the area well and this DVD combines photographs of local walks with some of my compositions (performed by myself using various keyboards). Most of the 560 photographs on this DVD were taken within a few miles of the town. Having taken many more photographs since the original version of this DVD was released in 2004 and also having bought better digital cameras soon after the original DVD was released, I decided it would be a good idea to give the whole thing a major ‘facelift’ which I did in 2007. This is still the current version.
